Put a sock in it!

I’ve finished my first sock ever! It did take me a number of times, though. But apparently, three times really is a charm. The first time I tried, I used the magic loop method. I’d heard so many good things about it, so I gave it a go. To be honest, I myself think it is a lot of fuss....

Incatnito sjaal

De incognito tubesjaal die ik voor manlief breide, daar was ik redelijk gek van. Hij is comfortabel, warm en gemakkelijk te breien (de sjaal, niet manlief, toch dat breien niet). Ik wou er eentje voor mezelf ook, maar die snor, dat zag ik minder zitten. Dus stelde manlief een kattensnoet voor. En ziet nu. Als dat niet incatnito is!

Hoe naai je een dubbele paspelzak

Ik kan niet zeggen waarom precies, maar ik vind dubbele paspelzakken in broeken en rokken echt wel mooi. Ze zien er elegant uit, en ze zijn dan ook nog eens praktisch. Daarom maakte ik er ook een in manliefs retrobroek. Dubbele paspelzakken zien er moeilijk uit, maar ze zijn het eigenlijk niet. Het belangrijkste is om heel secuur te werk...

Incognito sjaal

Ik vond het patroon voor deze tubesjaal op ravelry. En ik was er meteen gek van. Ideaal voor manlief. Ik sloeg een voorraad zachte, warme alpacawol in, en begon aan de mellow versie. Gewoon in ’t rond breien, non-stop. Lekker snel. De snor kwam er maar op eens de sjaal af was. En blijkbaar moet ik nog wat werken aan mijn mazen....

Retrobroek voor manlief
