By pure coincidence, this dinosaur sweater that I knit 5 years ago popped up again a couple of weeks ago. Dinosaurs are still a big hit here, and since I don’t mind a little reuse, I started from the same knitting chart to knit a dinosaur cowl.
A double-knit, so this cowl actually has 4 dinosaurs instead of 2: 2 on the outside, and 2 on the inside.
The cowl is 16 cm high and 44 cm wide. This ensures that it’s quite snug around your neck, and high enough to protect your mouth and your nose against the cold. And since it’s a double-knit, it’s also twice as warm!
Do you have some dinosaur fans around you who can use a nice warm dino cowl? Then you can download the free pattern and knit one yourself. Have fun! And don’t forget to share your results 😊
